This is an indoor heated and air conditioned building with a rooftop deck, available to rent year-round.
Site amenities include:
• Indoor capacity is 24, and rooftop capacity is 80. See amenities spreadsheet for tables and chairs information (102 chairs / ten (10) 8 ft. rectangular folding tables).
• Indoor restroom facilities
• Under the counter refrigerator
• Electrical outlets
• Amazing view
Facility permit fee is $375. An alcohol permit is included.
Park shelters must be reserved at least 11 days in advance and up to 365 days ahead.
Birdseye view is included in aerial below. If setup of permit extends beyond footprint, permit holder must additionally apply for/receive a Special Events Permit through Office of Film & Event Management.
